Allegro的A89506全橋閘極驅動器設計用於DC馬達的脈寬調變 (PWM) 控制。它們能夠在50V電壓下運作，為所有N通道外部MOSFET橋接器提供閘極驅動，以降低EMI。發生橋接器短路或過流事件時，故障輸出會通知微處理器。
